High School Announcements

                ANNOUNCEMENTS  2/20/17

  • Congratulations to the Outlaw wrestlers on finishing 5th place at Regionals and to the 2017 State Qualifiers: Devin Brisco, Kobey Kizarr, Noah Loyd, Anthony Orum, & Jordan Taylor.  They will be excused at lunch today to practice with Tuttle.  They will compete at State this Friday and Saturday at the OKC Fairgrounds.


  • Congratulations to the Outlaw basketball teams for winning the District Tournament against Dickson.  They will compete against Hugo in Regionals this Thursday at Dickson.


  • Parent/Teacher Conferences are scheduled for tonight and tomorrow evening from 6-9pm.  All parents are encouraged to attend.


  • Seniors – The Oklahoma Schools Insurance Group Scholarship application is due in the office by this Wednesday, February 22nd.  The application states March 3rd, but Mrs. Parker-Tillian will need that time to mail them in.


  • Ms. Cramton will be filling 10 positions for the 2017-18 yearbook staff. If you are interested in applying, those applications may be picked up in room 106. They must be returned no later than March 10.


  • If you have a planned "promposal", please let the yearbook staff know so we can be there for a picture. If you have already had your promposal, and you have pictures, please send one to any of the yearbook staff members.


  • Seniors - if your parents are still interested in purchasing ad space for you, VERY little space is left. Full pages are now $125 and half pages are $80. See Ms. Cramton for details.


  • Yearbooks are now on sale for $50. You can pick up an order form from Ms. Cramton, any yearbook staff member, your English teacher, or you can order online at Jostensyearbooks.com


  • Juniors and seniors who plan to bring NON MHS dates to the prom need to pick up a guest approval form from Ms. Cramton.  Forms are due back by March 10 along with a $100 prom ticket fee.  Also, Girls who will be attending prom need to remember the dress requirements when shopping for this year's dress. Strapless dresses are acceptable; however, no visible or exposed midriffs or dresses with backs cut below the natural waistline will be admitted into the prom area. Also, dresses must be at least fingertip length.  To avoid an embarrassing situation or to clarify the requirements, please contact Ms. Cramton at least one week in advance of prom.
